Bullpadel Icon 27 Padel Racquet is an offensive diamond-shaped model for expert adult players, created in collaboration with Juan Martín Díaz and Bullpadel Lab. Its medium feel and Icon Core structure suit players seeking a blend of power, spin and controlled shot-making, from baseline exchanges to volleys at the net.
Features
- Attacking profile: Diamond shape and offensive positioning for expert players.
- Medium feel: A playing response that balances firmness with touch.
- Textured face: 3D Grain surface pattern enhances contact with the ball.
- Comfort-focused components: Hesacore grip, Vibradrive and Ease Vibe help manage grip feel and impact vibrations.
Technology
- Icon Core: A 25-degree twist along the vertical axis of the heart’s arms creates controlled torsion to support energy transfer. The reduced arm cross-section also improves aerodynamics while retaining structural strength.
- Hesacore: An elastomer grip with a honeycomb structure increases hand contact and gives the fingers concave resting surfaces for a secure, comfortable hold.
- Vibradrive: An elastic elastomer positioned along the handle helps damp impact vibrations, including on off-centre contact.
- 3Dgrain: A textured pattern tailored to the racquet’s mould enhances ball contact.
- Ease Vibe: Spring-shaped dampeners integrated into four holes help absorb vibrations. Their placement can be changed to adjust feel and balance.
