Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Rackets that have been strung or rackets/paddles that have been re-gripped cannot be returned. 

You must show proof of purchase (i.e. your order e-receipt) for your return/exchange request to be initiated. Therefore, we strongly encourage that you ask for your receipt to be emailed or sms-ed to you upon purchase. If you are not able to present your order e-receipt, your return/exchange request may be turned down immediately. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sgsportsshop@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to (65) 6802 6885. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do note that for warranty matters, it is the product brand itself that provides the warranty and not Sportsshop SG or its associated brands. Therefore, it may take 6 to 12 weeks for warranty requests to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to (1) contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and your request, and then (2) with our reply, follow the next step, which should likely be to head down to either of our physical stores where the item you want to exchange with is stocked at or as advised by our team. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well.
